[AO announcement] conference announcement: importance of thermophysical properties of seawater for global climate, ocean modelling, and desalination

I would like to attract your attention to the forthcoming ICPWS 08 
conference that will feature a special session
on the importance of thermophysical properties of seawater for global 
climate, ocean modelling,
and desalination, jointly coordinated by Prof. Rainer Feistel and 
myself, with Trevor McDougall from CSIRO
as our distinguished invited speaker.

I would like to encourage you to attend and to submit an abstract if 
possible, to share ideas on this very
important topic.
